Services are subject to availability, and final pricing depends on the actual condition of the floor.

Nothing on this site is a quote. We do not publish a per-square-foot rate because the honest number depends on wear layer, moisture, edge work and scope, which are established on site.

A binding price exists only in a written estimate issued after we have seen the floor.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee exact timelines, nor outcomes beyond the scope agreed in writing.

Schedules in this trade depend on finish cure times, moisture conditions and weather, none of which compress on request.

Where a floor cannot support the work requested, we will say so rather than proceed.

The text, images and data published here belong to VGJ Floors Covering, except where a different licence is stated.

Our open datasets are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and may be reused with attribution and a link back. That licence is stated on each data page.

Technical figures cited from NWFA, ASTM, the EPA and the US Census belong to those organisations and are cited as sources.
